背景
從2014年起，聯(lián)合國(guó)艾滋病規(guī)劃署為推動(dòng)全球艾滋病反歧視倡導(dǎo)工作，將每年的3月1日定為世界零歧視日，以維護(hù)每一個(gè)人的權(quán)利和尊嚴(yán)，號(hào)召更多人消除狹隘偏見(jiàn)，并推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)到2030年終結(jié)艾滋病流行的全球目標(biāo)。2020年3月1日是第七個(gè)世界零歧視日，在這一天聯(lián)合國(guó)各成員國(guó)共同倡導(dǎo)每個(gè)人都要有尊嚴(yán)的活著，不管你的長(zhǎng)相、出身、性別和種族，都應(yīng)享有平等的權(quán)利，但是零歧視的內(nèi)涵不僅僅局限于艾滋病和健康問(wèn)題，而是一個(gè)普世的概念，包括對(duì)任何形式的歧視說(shuō)不。

2020年的零歧視日因?yàn)樾滦凸跔畈《疽咔槎谥袊?guó)被賦予了新的含義。媒體不斷報(bào)道中國(guó)人和亞洲人在西方國(guó)家被歧視，甚至在國(guó)內(nèi)有歧視自己同胞的言行。因此，在零歧視到來(lái)之際，我們想呼吁，人類(lèi)共同的敵人是病毒而不是人，放下歧視，善待每一個(gè)人。當(dāng)我們周?chē)涑庵{言時(shí)，人類(lèi)極易產(chǎn)生歧視心理，因?yàn)槿艘坏┦艿狡缫?，下意識(shí)地就會(huì)隱藏自己，躲避就醫(yī)，要消除歧視和污名需要團(tuán)結(jié)一致。

創(chuàng)作要求
1、希望您的作品能傳達(dá)以下信息：

? 我們共同的敵人是病毒而不是人；

? 病毒是要被戰(zhàn)勝的，人是需要被關(guān)愛(ài)的；

? 空間有距離，心沒(méi)有距離；

? 共同應(yīng)對(duì)病毒的挑戰(zhàn)；

? 隔離病毒但不隔離愛(ài)；

? 用團(tuán)結(jié)、包容和愛(ài)戰(zhàn)勝病毒。

2、作品規(guī)范

? 畫(huà)面必須出現(xiàn)本次活動(dòng)的相關(guān)形象徽標(biāo)；

? 體現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國(guó)的風(fēng)格：簡(jiǎn)潔、正面、積極向上；

? 使用語(yǔ)言：中文，或者中英文雙語(yǔ)；

? 文件要求(三種尺寸文件全部需要提交)：

A、紙質(zhì)海報(bào)：

尺寸：70cm×100cm（豎版），150dpi，CMYK模式，不超過(guò)5MB，JPG格式。

B、網(wǎng)絡(luò)海報(bào)：

尺寸：21cmX29.7cm（豎版），300dpi，RGB模式，不超過(guò)2MB，JPG格式。

C、移動(dòng)端海報(bào)：

2、入展作品通過(guò)聯(lián)合國(guó)艾滋病規(guī)劃署等聯(lián)合國(guó)機(jī)構(gòu)的微博、微信公眾號(hào)發(fā)布；

3、推薦給與聯(lián)合國(guó)艾滋病規(guī)劃署等平行機(jī)構(gòu)共同宣傳；

4、合作公共媒體及自媒體配合進(jìn)行線上展覽和推廣傳播；

5、本次入展作品將評(píng)選出金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)，擇日將在線下巡展，時(shí)間待疫情結(jié)束后另行通知。

 Background:

Zero Discrimination Day which falls on 1 March isa day for people everywhere to promote and celebrate everyone’s right to live afull life with dignity—no matter what they look like, where they come from orwhom they love.

The day was first celebrated in 2014, and waslaunched by former UNAIDS Executive Director Michel Sidibé in Beijing. The dayis universal in nature and does not confine itself to HIV or health relatedthemes and aims to highlight issues related to discrimination.

It is discouraging to see media reports ofdiscrimination cases in China and in other countries since the outbreak ofCOVID-19. UNAIDS would like to take this year’s Zero Discrimination Day as anopportunity to call on everybody to drop discrimination and have an inclusivemind for people infected with and affected by the COVID-19 outbreak in China.we found that:

· Stigma and discrimination oftenthrive where people do not have information.

·  When faced stigma anddiscrimination, people often go underground and away from essential healthservices.

·  Leadership is essential in fighting stigma and discrimination.

Requirement:

 Your works should deliver the following keymessages:

· Our common enemy is the virusnot people.

·Virus is to be defeated, peopleare to be loved.

·We keep social distancing, butour hearts are together.

·Stand in solidarity to win.

·Away from the virus not love.

·Defeat the virus withsolidarity, inclusiveness and love.

Format:

·The works should use logos andother images that stand for Zero Discrimation Day campaign for 2020.

·The works should adopt a simplestyle and deliver a positive message in line with UN style.

·Language: Chinese orChinese/English.

·Exhibition on social media platforms.
