面對(duì)突如其來的新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，“一寸山河一寸血，百萬人民百萬兵”，全中國(guó)人民團(tuán)結(jié)起來，眾志成城戰(zhàn)“疫”魔，這既是為了中國(guó)能夠打贏這樣一場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)役，也是讓全世界能盡量減少受到新型冠狀病毒感染可能帶來的危害，是為了全人類的安危和福祉。
  Faced with the sudden outbreak of novel coronavirus,we believe that unity is strength,so all the Chinese people should be united as one to fight and win the epidemic.By doing this we can only not just overcome the epidemic but also lower the risk of this coronavirus spreading to the entire world.
  無數(shù)醫(yī)務(wù)工作者們挺身而出，戰(zhàn)斗在抗擊疫情的第一線，與病毒做著一場(chǎng)殊死搏斗，我們大多數(shù)人要么只能做好本職工作，甚至好好的守在家里，也是一種戰(zhàn)斗和努力。為了表達(dá)對(duì)白衣天使和其他一線戰(zhàn)士的崇高敬意，為了顯示我們戰(zhàn)勝疫情的決心和樂觀精神，為了也讓我們的生活更多豐富多彩，更是為了讓一次性口罩不再因?yàn)殡S意被人拋棄，不讓病毒病菌肆意傳播和被撿拾再次使用，我們現(xiàn)向全球征集口罩貼紙創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)！
  Countless medical works put themselves forward to the front line in fighting this epidemic.While the other ordinary people using other ways to cooperate by doing their own job or stay at home to avoid the coronavirus.We could like to collect the creative design for mask sticker with the purpose of showing our respect to our medical workers and optimistic spirit in winning this battle.In order to make our life more colorful,Moreover we are doing this to ensure those masks will not be thrown away willy-nilly,and won't be picked up for reuse which can lead to wildly coronavirous spreading.

  作品要求及評(píng)選原則
  Entries requested
  ◆1、內(nèi)容積極健康向上，遵守國(guó)家法律法規(guī)，尊重民族宗教信仰，不得出現(xiàn)違背社會(huì)公共道德、色情、暴力、侵犯他人隱私及其他違反國(guó)家法律法規(guī)或不宜公開傳播的內(nèi)容；
  ◆2、不限材料和形式。紙質(zhì)手繪、剪貼畫、電腦繪圖設(shè)計(jì)等均可，甚至可以使用其他混合材料拼搭等進(jìn)行創(chuàng)作，尺寸不限，但不能影響口罩的正常使用特別是透氣功能，歡迎發(fā)揮你們的創(chuàng)意；
  ◆3、鼓勵(lì)原創(chuàng)。本次活動(dòng)組委會(huì)只負(fù)責(zé)考察作品本身的質(zhì)量，作品內(nèi)容所涉及的版權(quán)等知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問題由參賽者本人承擔(dān)相應(yīng)責(zé)任；凡涉嫌抄襲或涉及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問題的作品，將自動(dòng)失去參賽資格并追究其給組織方帶來的損失；
  ◆4、一旦傳送作品參賽，即視為同意主辦方的評(píng)選安排和對(duì)該參賽作品的全部使用權(quán)。
  1、Contents shall be positive and healthy.abide by national laws and regulations,respect ethnic and religious beliefs,and shall not violate social public morality,pornography,violence,privacy of others,or other contents that violate national laws and regulations or are not suitable for public dissemination.
  2、No limitations for materials or format.Color pen,watercolor,toner,pigment,ink and color mixed materials are acceptable.No limitation for size with the precondition that shall not affect the basic function of mask.
  3、We encourage original design.The designer shall be responsible for the copy right or intellectual property problem which may be involved in the design.The entry qualification shall be disqualified if there’s copy right violation or intellectual property issue involved,and prosecuted for losses caused to the organization.
  4、The organization shall be authorized to evaluate and the right of using the works once submitted.
  備注：
  1、因目前口罩短缺，從個(gè)人衛(wèi)生及抗擊疫情需要考慮，請(qǐng)不要采用防疫用的口罩（包括已使用、未使用）制作。謝謝！
  2、手繪建議紙張不小于A4紙。
  Remarks
  1,Because now we are lack of mask,as well as personal hygiene and epidemic situation consideration,please don’t use epidemic prevention mask(including used or un-used ones)for design,
  2,Hand-draw diagrams shall be bigger than A4 size.

  作品收集完畢后，“口罩貼紙創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)大賽”組委會(huì)將對(duì)作品初步篩選，并提交評(píng)委評(píng)選出前10名，最終獲獎(jiǎng)名單將會(huì)在公眾號(hào)“斗門智造”公布，獲獎(jiǎng)作品也會(huì)在各大合作機(jī)構(gòu)公眾號(hào)上得到宣傳，具體解釋權(quán)歸“口罩貼紙創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)大賽”組委會(huì)所有。
  We will have 10 top works via online voting and expects evaluation.The winner list will be announced on“Doumen Zhizao“official account.Those award-wining works will also be published in the official account of cooperating agency.
