建設(shè)株洲北斗產(chǎn)業(yè)園，是省委、省政府貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書記在首屆北斗規(guī)模應(yīng)用國際峰會(huì)上賀信精神作出的重大決策部署。為進(jìn)一步提升株洲北斗產(chǎn)業(yè)園品牌形象和核心競爭力，增強(qiáng)株洲北斗產(chǎn)業(yè)園的品牌知名度，加快培育壯大北斗產(chǎn)業(yè)，現(xiàn)面向社會(huì)各界公開征集株洲北斗產(chǎn)業(yè)園宣傳標(biāo)語?，F(xiàn)就有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下：
The construction of Zhuzhou Beidou Industrial Park is a major decision and deployment made by the Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to implement the congratulatory spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the first Beidou Scale Application International Summit.In order to further enhance the brand image and core competitiveness of Zhuzhou Beidou Industrial Park,enhance the brand awareness of Zhuzhou Beidou Industrial Park,and accelerate the cultivation and expansion of Beidou industry,we are now soliciting publicity slogans for Zhuzhou Beidou Industrial Park from all walks of life.The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

五、征集要求
5.Solicitation requirements
1.標(biāo)語主題鮮明。要求理念前瞻、定位準(zhǔn)確，能充分體現(xiàn)株洲北斗產(chǎn)業(yè)園的基本情況、發(fā)展定位；內(nèi)容切合實(shí)際，體現(xiàn)株洲北斗產(chǎn)業(yè)園的獨(dú)特性、差異性，高度概括園區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢和特色。
1.The slogan should have a clear theme.
It is required that the concept should be forward-looking and accurate,which can fully reflect the basic situation and development orientation of Zhuzhou Beidou Industrial Park.The content should be practical,which can reflect the uniqueness and differences of Zhuzhou Beidou Industrial Park,and highly summarize the industrial advantages and characteristics of the park.
2.易于傳播推廣。要求大氣響亮、簡潔明了、朗朗上口、便于傳播，具有很強(qiáng)的傳播力、吸引力和感染力，適合各類媒體傳播推廣。例如：天上星星參北斗，北斗園區(qū)看株洲。不限體裁，中英雙語2種版本，一般不超過16個(gè)字。
2.The slogan should be easy to spread.
It is required to be loud,concise,catchy,easy to spread,with strong communication power,attraction and appeal,and suitable for all kinds of media.For example:The stars in the sky participate in the Beidou,and whenever the Beidou Industrial Park is mentioned,it is Zhuzhou Beidou Industrial Park.Any literature genre is welcome,both the Chinese and English versions need to be supplied,and the words number is generally no more than 16 words.
3.內(nèi)容自主原創(chuàng)。宣傳標(biāo)語必須為原創(chuàng)，不得侵犯第三方權(quán)利。需提供200字左右的創(chuàng)意說明，闡述創(chuàng)作思路、理念、具體含義。
3.The slogan content should be original innovation.

八、征集須知
8.Solicitation instructions
1.活動(dòng)面向社會(huì)各界廣泛征集，活動(dòng)不收報(bào)名費(fèi)，所投稿件概不退還，作品可以以個(gè)人名義或團(tuán)體名義提交。
1.This solicitation activity is widely solicited from all walks of life.There is no registration fee for participation,and all submitted works will not be returned.Works can be submitted in the name of individuals or groups.
2.所有應(yīng)征者投稿次數(shù)為一次，不超過三件作品。

3.獲獎(jiǎng)作品如涉及著作權(quán)、版權(quán)糾紛等法律問題均由作者本人負(fù)責(zé)。所有應(yīng)征作品不得侵犯他人知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，將取消資格，已發(fā)放獎(jiǎng)金即原額追回。由此引起的糾紛，其法律和民事責(zé)任均由作者承擔(dān)。
3.If the winning works involve copyright,copyright disputes and other legal issues,the author shall be responsible for them.All the works shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.Once found,they will be disqualified and the original amount of the bonus will be refunded.The author shall bear the legal and civil liabilities for the disputes arising therefrom.
4.入選作品的全部著作權(quán)歸主辦單位所有，有權(quán)對入選作品進(jìn)行發(fā)表、復(fù)制、修改、應(yīng)用而無需征得應(yīng)征者的同意，不再另付稿酬、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。應(yīng)征者也不得再自行使用或轉(zhuǎn)讓給第三方。
4.All the copyrights of the selected works belong to the organizer.The organizer has the right to publish,copy,modify and apply the selected works without the consent of the candidate.No additional remuneration or reward will be paid.The candidate shall not use or transfer it to a third party.
