“奧雅綻放數(shù)字藝術(shù)館”是粵港澳大灣區(qū)的全新地標(biāo)級(jí)公共藝術(shù)項(xiàng)目，位于深圳蛇口價(jià)值工廠，預(yù)計(jì)將于2022年5月正式對(duì)公眾開放。
  未來(lái)，“奧雅綻放數(shù)字藝術(shù)館”將匯聚各方跨界融合的思想與力量，期待與世界頂尖科學(xué)家、藝術(shù)家、工程師們共同打造中國(guó)首個(gè)元宇宙探索體驗(yàn)空間，充分利用日新月異的前沿技術(shù)為觀眾帶去極致的感官體驗(yàn)。
  Bloom Digital Art Museum is a new landmark public art project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,which is expected to officially open to the public in May 2022 with the theme of China's first Metaverse exploration and experience space.
  It will combine the creativity of scientists and artists for the cutting-edge technology and extreme sensory experience.
  本次全球征集計(jì)劃針對(duì)“奧雅綻放數(shù)字藝術(shù)館”中的兩個(gè)大筒倉(cāng)，擬征集具有國(guó)際視野、富有空間創(chuàng)意的各類作品。

  奧雅綻放數(shù)字藝術(shù)館大筒倉(cāng)數(shù)字藝術(shù)作品征集，針對(duì)場(chǎng)地現(xiàn)有兩個(gè)大筒倉(cāng)展開形式不限的創(chuàng)作。

  作品要求
  Requirements
  1、參選作品屬于數(shù)字藝術(shù)范疇，展示形式不限，作品原創(chuàng)且不存在著作權(quán)或版權(quán)爭(zhēng)議。
  The works should belong to the category of digital art,and there is no limitation on the form of display without copyright dispute.
  2、參選作品需針對(duì)大筒倉(cāng)（詳見場(chǎng)地說(shuō)明）進(jìn)行針對(duì)性作品創(chuàng)作，保證原創(chuàng)性，注重創(chuàng)新性、藝術(shù)性、科技性、參與性、可行性、創(chuàng)作理念新穎、獨(dú)特，與科技充分融合，能夠融入大筒倉(cāng)特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)狀態(tài)，內(nèi)容表現(xiàn)積極向上。
  The works should be targeted at the silo(see site description for details),ensure originality,focus on innovation,artistry,science and technology,participation and feasibility,accompanying new and unique creative ideas,fully integrated with science and technology experts,which can be integrated into the special structure with positive content.
  3、參選作品需考慮作品的落地可行性，綜合考慮時(shí)間、人、物、環(huán)境等多種因素，在技術(shù)安全和運(yùn)行維護(hù)層面須滿足長(zhǎng)期展覽及運(yùn)營(yíng)的要求。
  The works should consider feasibility,time,people,objects and environment,also meet the requirements of long-term exhibition and operation in terms of technical safety and operation maintenance.
  4、每位參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)可提交不超過(guò)3件參選作品。
  Each candidate/organization can submit no more than 3 works.

  Selection Mechanism
  面向全球創(chuàng)作者公開征集作品方案，邀請(qǐng)行業(yè)知名學(xué)者、藝術(shù)家和策展人組成專業(yè)評(píng)審團(tuán)，對(duì)應(yīng)征創(chuàng)作者投稿的作品方案進(jìn)行專業(yè)評(píng)選后形成入圍候選名單，綜合各方評(píng)審意見和結(jié)果從中選取最終選用的作品方案。
  We will invite well-known scholars,artists and curators to form a professional jury.After professional selection,we will form a shortlist of submitted works,from which we will make the final selection.

  1、榮譽(yù)證書：主辦方將為入選作品頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書
  Certificate of honor:The organizer will issue the Certificate of Honor
  2、落地支持：公布入選結(jié)果后，主辦方將與參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)溝通落地事宜。若作品滿足落地條件，主辦方將以不低于50萬(wàn)美金作為作品落地展示費(fèi)用，由參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)作品的制作把控與落地效果。
  Landing support:After the announcement of the selected results,the organizer will communicate with the candidates/organizations.If the works meet the landing conditions,the organizer will pay no less than 500,000 dollars as the exhibition fee,then the candidates/organizations will be responsible for the production control and landing effect.
  3、宣傳支持：主辦方將對(duì)入選作品進(jìn)行專門報(bào)道和媒體報(bào)道，并為優(yōu)秀及特色作品提供展覽宣傳支持及商業(yè)化運(yùn)作。
  Publicity and support:The organizer will provide special media coverage,along with publicity and commercial operation for excellent and characteristic works.

  注意事項(xiàng)
  Matters Needing Attention
  1、參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)嚴(yán)格遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，保證參選作品的原創(chuàng)性，保證對(duì)參選作品擁有排他性且完整的著作權(quán)。
  The candidates/institutions shall strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China,guarantee the originality,exclusivity and complete copyright.
  2、參選作品未涉及任何訴訟，未侵犯他人任何合法權(quán)益，包括但不限于肖像權(quán)、姓名權(quán)、名稱權(quán)、著作權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán)等合法權(quán)益。
  The works are not involved in any litigation,and do not infringe upon any legitimate rights and interests of others,including but not limited to the right of portrait,right of name,copyright and trademark.
  3、參選作品不得含有違反《中華人民共和國(guó)憲法》及其他任何法律法規(guī)的內(nèi)容,不得含有任何涉嫌民族歧視、宗教歧視以及其他有悖于社會(huì)道德風(fēng)尚和良好風(fēng)俗的內(nèi)容。
  The works shall not violate<the Constitution of the People's Republic of China>or any other laws and regulations,also shall not be suspected of ethnic discrimination,religious discrimination or other violations of social morality and customs.
  4、落地作品所涉及的知識(shí)成果歸主辦方與參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)雙方共有，主辦方對(duì)入選作品有展覽展示、研究評(píng)價(jià)、攝影攝像、結(jié)集出版以及宣傳推廣的權(quán)利。所有應(yīng)征方案均不退還，請(qǐng)自留底稿。
  The knowledge achievements involved in the landing works shall be shared by the organizer and the candidate/institution,also the organizer has the right to exhibit,research and evaluation,photography and video,publication and publicity.All proposals will not be returned,please keep your own manuscript.
  5、由于病毒、黑客攻擊，以及其他人為干擾、突發(fā)事件或者一些主辦方無(wú)法控制的因素，在嚴(yán)重影響到活動(dòng)的管理、安全、評(píng)審、公正性等情況下，主辦方有權(quán)單方面推遲或取消部分和全部活動(dòng)。參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)提交的參選作品在方案展示和公開展覽過(guò)程中可能發(fā)生設(shè)計(jì)元素、圖案、版式等自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)被侵犯并對(duì)參與主體造成損失的，主辦方不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任，僅配合、協(xié)助參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行維權(quán)。
  The organizer has the right to unilaterally postpone or cancel part or all of the event due to virus,hacker attack,other human interference,emergency or force majeure factors that seriously affect the event management,security,evaluation and fairness.If the independent intellectual property rights of design elements,patterns and layouts may be infringed during the exhibition and public exhibition of the works submitted by the candidates/institutions,causing loss to the participants,the organizer shall not assume any responsibility,but only cooperate and assist the candidates/institutions in protecting their rights.
  6、評(píng)選結(jié)果將于2022年3月在“綻放數(shù)字藝術(shù)館”微信公眾號(hào)等平臺(tái)公布，請(qǐng)確保提供正確的聯(lián)系方式，便于工作人員聯(lián)系入選參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)。
  The results of the selection will be announced on the wechat official account of Blossom Digital Art Museum or by email in March 2022.Please ensure that correct contact information is provided so that staff can contact the selected candidates/institutions.
  7、凡報(bào)送作品參選的參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)，均視為己確認(rèn)井遵守本征集方案的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定及要求，并對(duì)其作品承擔(dān)所有責(zé)任。若參與者違反上述條款，則主辦方有權(quán)立即取消參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)參選資格，收回已經(jīng)給予參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)和權(quán)益，由此引發(fā)的任何法律訴訟、法律責(zé)任和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失均與主辦方無(wú)關(guān)，由參選人/機(jī)構(gòu)承擔(dān)。
  All candidates/organizations who submit their works shall be deemed to have confirmed that they have complied with the regulations and requirements of the scheme and shall assume all responsibilities for their works.If the participant violates the above terms,the organizer has the right to immediately cancel the candidate/organization's qualification and withdraw the given awards and rights and interests.Any the relevant legal proceedings,legal liabilities and property losses have nothing to do with the organizer and should be borne by the candidate/organization.
  8、主辦方對(duì)本次征集活動(dòng)具有最終解釋權(quán)。

  About the Venue
  項(xiàng)目選址位于深圳市南山區(qū)南部，南鄰蛇口港碼頭，北鄰赤灣山，位處粵港澳大灣區(qū)核心地區(qū)，距離在建中的深圳第一條跨海地鐵12號(hào)線左炮臺(tái)站僅200米。
  筒倉(cāng)側(cè)面外觀
  項(xiàng)目所在地為蛇口價(jià)值工廠，它是一處工業(yè)遺址——原廣東浮法玻璃廠，該廠為中、美、泰三國(guó)的合資項(xiàng)目，1987年投資一億美元建成，是當(dāng)時(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)最大的現(xiàn)代化浮法玻璃廠。
  The project is located in the southern part of Nanshan District,Shenzhen,adjacent to Shekou Port Wharf in the south,ChiWan Mountain in the north,located in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and away from the Shenzhen’s first cross-sea Metro Line 12"ZuoPaoTai"Station under construction Only 200 meters.Located in Shenzhen Shekou Value Factory,Nanshan,Shenzhen,It is an industrial site-the original Guangdong Float Glass Factory.The factory is a joint venture project between China,the United States and Thailand.It was built in 1987 with an investment of 100 million U.S.dollars.It was the largest modern float glass factory in China at that time.
  筒倉(cāng)正面外觀
  綻放數(shù)字藝術(shù)館的建筑物前身是玻璃廠的原料筒倉(cāng)。該筒倉(cāng)位于廠區(qū)中心，是整個(gè)廠區(qū)的制高點(diǎn)和標(biāo)志建筑，平面東西向長(zhǎng)77.9米，中間是4個(gè)直徑14米的鋼筋混凝土筒狀結(jié)構(gòu)，東側(cè)的長(zhǎng)方體建筑曾用于垂直運(yùn)輸原料。
  The predecessor of the building of Blooming Digital Art Museum was the raw material silo of the glass factory.Located in the center of the plant,the silo is the commanding height and landmark building of the entire plant.The silo is 77.9 meters long from east to west,with four reinforced concrete cylindrical structures with a diameter of 14 meters in the middle.The rectangular building on the east side was used to transport raw materials vertically.
  旋轉(zhuǎn)樓梯筒倉(cāng)
  建筑物立面從下到上則分為三個(gè)部分：底層是高約6米的出料層，中間是高30米的筒倉(cāng)存儲(chǔ)層，最頂上則是高3.6米的入料層。筒倉(cāng)建筑總面積2468.21㎡，戶外廣場(chǎng)面積3991㎡。
  The building facade is divided into three parts from bottom to top:the bottom layer is an output layer about 6 meters high,the middle is a 30 meters high silo storage layer,and the top is a 3.6 meters high input layer.The total building area of the silo is 2468.21 square meters,and the area of the outdoor plaza is 3991 square meters.
