一、活動(dòng)目的Purpose
為促進(jìn)在華留學(xué)生了解中國(guó)國(guó)情、中國(guó)文化和民眾生活，尤其是中國(guó)的綠水青山，培養(yǎng)留學(xué)生新媒體傳播的創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)意和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力，特舉辦“我眼中的中國(guó)”在華留學(xué)生“美麗中國(guó)”短視頻大賽。
本大賽是在全球氣候變化挑戰(zhàn)日益凸顯的背景下，旨在鼓勵(lì)留學(xué)生通過(guò)親身體驗(yàn)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察，以第一人稱的獨(dú)特視角，客觀真實(shí)地表現(xiàn)“留學(xué)生眼中的中國(guó)”，在表達(dá)留學(xué)生的真情實(shí)感和有趣發(fā)現(xiàn)的同時(shí)，向世界展示中國(guó)真實(shí)的國(guó)情、文化、社會(huì)生活和秀美山川，呼吁各方攜手應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化，共謀人與自然和諧共生之道，藉此提高留學(xué)生跨文化傳播能力，提升中外文化交流水平，搭建中外青年學(xué)生交流的橋梁。
To enhance international students'knowledge of Chinese culture and society;
To present China's culture and standing to the world from an objective and authentic perspective;
To build bridges between international and Chinese students to increase their communication exchanges and mutual understanding;

三、參賽具體要求Contest Details
(一)參賽對(duì)象
Participant Requirements
具有外國(guó)國(guó)籍、并正在中國(guó)高校就讀的全體留學(xué)生。留學(xué)生既可組成團(tuán)隊(duì)參賽（成員中可包含中國(guó)學(xué)生），也可個(gè)人報(bào)名參賽。
Students with foreign nationality currently enrolled in universities in China are eligible to participate in this video contest.Contestants can apply to this video competition as individuals or in teams(Chinese students are allowed as team members).
(二)比賽使用語(yǔ)言
Language Requirements
使用留學(xué)生本國(guó)母語(yǔ)或英語(yǔ)錄制視頻，并需配備中文或英文字幕。
Videos are required to be produced in the contestant's native language or in English with Chinese or English subtitles.
(三)視頻要求

參賽視頻要求圍繞“美麗中國(guó)”這一主題，講述本人眼中的中國(guó)以及來(lái)華求學(xué)的所見(jiàn)所聞，尤其是中國(guó)的秀美山川，構(gòu)思巧妙，創(chuàng)意新穎，具有一定的審美價(jià)值和藝術(shù)價(jià)值，使用留學(xué)生本國(guó)母語(yǔ)或英語(yǔ)錄制，時(shí)間為1-5分鐘，并需配備中文或英語(yǔ)字幕。短視頻具體呈現(xiàn)形式不限，演講訪談、劇情短片、才藝展示或其他形式皆可。
Contestants will produce a short video,within 5 minutes,in their native language or in English with Chinese or English subtitles based on the“Beautiful China”theme and their personal experiences in China.The video can include speeches,interviews,stories,talent shows,or any other content the contestant wishes to present.Key judgment criteria will be originality,creativity,aesthetics,and artistic value.

(January 1st—May 15th,2024)
鼓勵(lì)在華留學(xué)生通過(guò)在中國(guó)各地的學(xué)習(xí)和生活體驗(yàn)，圍繞“我眼中的美麗中國(guó)”這一主題拍攝短視頻，要求構(gòu)思巧妙，創(chuàng)意新穎，具有一定的審美價(jià)值和藝術(shù)價(jià)值。視頻應(yīng)用留學(xué)生母語(yǔ)或英語(yǔ)錄制，時(shí)間為1-5分鐘，且需配備中文或英文字幕。

2.校內(nèi)報(bào)名

感興趣的同學(xué)請(qǐng)聯(lián)系輔導(dǎo)員老師。作品提交格式為H.264編碼，碼流不低于8M,MP4格式，幀尺寸不低于920*1080。

3.作品提交階段
Video Submission
(August 20th—August 31st,2024)
國(guó)際教育學(xué)院將對(duì)報(bào)名作品進(jìn)行初步審核整理，并完成向大賽組委會(huì)提交工作。
SIE will conduct a preliminary review of the registered works,and collectively submit to the competition organizing committee.
4.專家評(píng)審
Expert Reviewing
(September1st—September30th,2024)
大賽組委會(huì)邀請(qǐng)專家對(duì)所有投稿作品進(jìn)行評(píng)審，之后向組委會(huì)推薦各項(xiàng)獲獎(jiǎng)作品。
The Organizing Committee will organize related experts to evaluate all the submitted videos and recommend winning videos.
5.結(jié)果公示
Results Announcement
(October 10th—October 16th,2024)
組委會(huì)在大賽網(wǎng)站上進(jìn)行最終比賽結(jié)果公示。
The organizing committee shall announce the final results of the competition on the designated website of the competition.
6.頒獎(jiǎng)典禮
Awards Ceremony
(November 2024)
舉辦大賽頒獎(jiǎng)典禮，獲獎(jiǎng)作品將在相關(guān)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行展示。
An awards ceremony will be held and winning videos will be displayed on relevant platforms.
