上海市人民政府新聞辦公室聯(lián)合中國日報(bào)社啟動(dòng)2022年度"我在上海過春節(jié)"短視頻征集大賽,面向在滬過年的高校國際學(xué)生征集具有全球視野、彰顯春節(jié)文化特色的短視頻,創(chuàng)意展現(xiàn)申城年味的精神風(fēng)貌。

"My Spring Festival in Shanghai" Short Video Competition co-organized by the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality and China Daily is accepting entries. The competition is open to all international students who had the experience of celebrating the Chinese New Year 2022 in Shanghai. The competition entries are expected to showcase the Chinese Spring Festival in Shanghai with creativity and a global vision.

3作品要求

Requirements

1.作品形式：無限制，包括Vlog、脫口秀、演講、訪談、原創(chuàng)歌曲等形式

2.視頻時(shí)長：3-5分鐘

3.字幕：視頻語言若為中(或英)語,請?zhí)砑又杏㈦p語字幕,若為其他語種,添加其他語種和英語字幕

4.視頻分辨率及格式：1080*1920或以上，格式Mp4/Mov,9: 16豎屏

5.文件大?。?00M以內(nèi)

1.Forms: There are no restrictions on the forms. It can be a vlog, a talk show, a speech, an interview, original songs or other forms.

2.Video duration: 3-5 minutes.

3.Subtitles: If the video language is in Chinese or English, please add Chinese and English subtitles; if it is in other languages, please add other languages and English subtitles.

4.Resolution and format: 1080 * 1920 or above, MP4 / MOV, 9:16 vertical screen.

5.Size: Within 200M.

獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置

Awards

所有參賽選手均將獲得的大賽榮譽(yù)證書,并有機(jī)會(huì)獲得免費(fèi)培訓(xùn)課程,課程主題包括但不限于國際傳播理論、新媒體傳播、短視頻制作等。優(yōu)秀選手還將獲得由主辦方提供的實(shí)習(xí)、參與國際傳播活動(dòng)機(jī)會(huì)。

All contestants will receive the certificate of honor of the competition and have the opportunity to receive free training courses. The course topics include but are not limited to international communication theory, new media communication, short video production, etc. Excellent players will also get the opportunity to practice and participate in international communication activities provided by the organizer.

比賽須知

Instructions

1.選手應(yīng)保證個(gè)人信息真實(shí)準(zhǔn)確,參賽作品必須為原創(chuàng), 不得侵犯他人著作權(quán)、肖像權(quán)等合法權(quán)益，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)立即取消參賽資格，參賽者自行承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任。

2.選手的視頻內(nèi)容、照片及錄音版權(quán)均歸大賽主辦方所有,大賽主辦方擁有提供給媒體進(jìn)行刊播、展覽、網(wǎng)絡(luò)推廣等非商業(yè)性質(zhì)的作品使用權(quán)。

3.本屆賽事活動(dòng)各項(xiàng)事宜最終解釋權(quán)歸主辦方所有。

1. The contestants should ensure that their personal information is true and accurate. The entries must be original and shall not infringe upon the copyright, portrait right and other legitimate rights and interests of others. Once found, they shall be disqualified immediately, and the contestants shall bear their own legal responsibilities.

2. The copyright of the contestants' video content, photos and recording belongs to the competition organizer, who has the right to provide the works to the media for publication, broadcasting, exhibition, network promotion and so on, which are with non-commercial purposes.

3. The organizers reserve the final right for explanation on any of the information presented hereby.
