登陸官網(wǎng):http://competition.adesignaward.com（中國大陸地區(qū)注冊賬戶需使用VPN網(wǎng)絡(luò)），在線英文填寫申報信息，并按照要求上傳相關(guān)圖片資料。

具體流程如下：

注冊賬戶→上傳作品→初評→提名作品并繳費(fèi)→專業(yè)評審→公布入圍結(jié)果→確認(rèn)信息→頒獎典禮

資料要求

1、展示圖片/照片：每套參賽作品需提供1張尺寸為3600×3600像素大圖（主圖），4張尺寸為1800×1800像素小圖，要求JPEG格式，分辨率72DPI，5張圖片大小總和不得超過20M。

2、描述性文本：需提供作品名稱、主要功能、優(yōu)勢與獨(dú)特之處、靈感來源或設(shè)計背景、材料和工藝、技術(shù)與規(guī)格、團(tuán)隊成員（選填）、關(guān)鍵詞、操作流程、項目起始時間和地點(diǎn)、研究摘要、挑戰(zhàn)與阻礙、作品網(wǎng)址鏈接（選填）、圖注、版權(quán)說明（選填）等信息。

3、文檔：PDF格式，內(nèi)容包含英文設(shè)計說明和對應(yīng)項目圖片，篇幅長度不超過40頁，大小不超過10M。

4、視頻：選填項目，概念視頻或室內(nèi)實(shí)景短片，AVI格式，時長不超過45秒，幀速率每秒不低于25幀，大小不超過10M。

5、年鑒：作品名稱、主創(chuàng)設(shè)計師、600字符以內(nèi)英文設(shè)計說明（要求書面語、內(nèi)容圍繞設(shè)計本身，不得出現(xiàn)大批量重復(fù)詞語和夸張修飾，也不能照搬描述性文本中的語句）

-特別說明- ：作品提交后，系統(tǒng)將根據(jù)資料完整度給出1-100分的分?jǐn)?shù)，評審團(tuán)也將就作品呈現(xiàn)質(zhì)量、創(chuàng)新性等給出1-10分的初步評分，期間可能會收到改進(jìn)展示圖片、描述性文本、視頻和PDF文檔等資料的建議，也可能被拒絕提名，應(yīng)按照建議進(jìn)行更改并重新參與評估，如提交項目被接受，方可繼續(xù)提名。

費(fèi)用說明

大賽根據(jù)參賽者注冊賬戶類型、初步評分、提名時間以及申報類型等實(shí)際情況，采取不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的收費(fèi)政策，一般情況下，參賽者以個人名義申報，須繳納555歐元-775歐元/個項目；以公司名義申報，須繳納780歐元-1100歐元/個項目。

特別說明：完成報名費(fèi)用的支付之前，所提交作品將不具備進(jìn)入專業(yè)評審環(huán)節(jié)的資格。
