  現(xiàn)代主義設(shè)計孕育了視覺傳達(dá)設(shè)計，它的本質(zhì)是有效的處理信息并把它傳播出去，從紙面到屏幕，從靜態(tài)到動態(tài)，從平面到空間，它和媒介及傳播技術(shù)的發(fā)展是緊密聯(lián)合一起的。然而隨著信息時代的到來，媒介傳播從內(nèi)核到形式都發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，個體越來越呈現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的個性而且越來越難被標(biāo)簽化，效率即將被人工智能替代，這一切都迫使我們開始重新審視一些問題：
  為“人”服務(wù)的設(shè)計要如何產(chǎn)生？
  新的設(shè)計精神是什么？
  作為“人“的設(shè)計師角色是什么？
  在設(shè)計中，勇敢重要？還是效率重要？
  推出VC（VISUAL COMMUNICATION）Grad Show這個欄目其實代表了我們的觀點，我們認(rèn)為在未來的設(shè)計中“勇敢”要比“效率”重要。這是一個焦距畢業(yè)設(shè)計階段作品的欄目，在這個階段新一代的設(shè)計師們把它作為學(xué)習(xí)生涯的結(jié)束，也把它作為設(shè)計生涯的開始；他們努力掙脫社會標(biāo)簽，產(chǎn)業(yè)束縛，富有實驗精神，他們就像沒有被現(xiàn)實打磨的原石。他們在嘗試創(chuàng)新的冒險，他們不一定在做“對”的設(shè)計，也不一定有效率，但是這個階段他們在做最“勇敢”的設(shè)計。
  VC Grad Show集中關(guān)注視覺文化及設(shè)計方向，鼓勵創(chuàng)新，展現(xiàn)無懼稚嫩卻富有冒險精神的設(shè)計作品，為它們提供一個向世界大聲Say Hi的舞臺。與一般欄目不同的是我們更關(guān)注個體，VC Grad Show將深度挖掘他們的聲音：學(xué)生，導(dǎo)師，學(xué)校，甚至是作品本身背后的感觸和故事。它將是一個多角度，專輯式的欄目。
  我們的欄目將持續(xù)關(guān)注全球范圍內(nèi)的視覺傳達(dá)領(lǐng)域畢業(yè)作品，持續(xù)更新，同時也歡迎國內(nèi)外各大設(shè)計藝術(shù)院校與我們聯(lián)系，將你們的畢業(yè)設(shè)計作品在這里展示出來。
  第11所學(xué)校我們選擇了瑞士蘇黎世藝術(shù)大學(xué)的視覺傳達(dá)專業(yè)。
  蘇黎世藝術(shù)學(xué)院是瑞士最大的藝術(shù)學(xué)院，蘇黎世藝術(shù)學(xué)院是蘇黎世應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)五所分校之一，最早成立于1878年，于2007年8月合并到蘇黎世應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)。蘇黎世藝術(shù)學(xué)院是一所公立的藝術(shù)學(xué)院，目前擁有在校生約2600人，教職人員1200人。蘇黎世藝術(shù)學(xué)院設(shè)有藝術(shù)劇院、蘇黎世造型博物館、媒體與信息中心、信息技術(shù)服務(wù)中心。蘇黎世藝術(shù)學(xué)院下轄藝術(shù)表演與電影系、設(shè)計系、文化解析與教學(xué)系、藝術(shù)與媒體系、音樂系。
  專業(yè)設(shè)置：
  蘇黎世藝術(shù)學(xué)院設(shè)有本科、碩士專業(yè)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程，開設(shè)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域包括：設(shè)計、音樂、電影、媒體與藝術(shù)、舞蹈、戲劇等等。
  視覺傳達(dá)
  視覺傳達(dá)專業(yè)關(guān)注于信息圖像化及其傳播能力，通過設(shè)計在社會中全方位領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行溝通。它涵蓋層面從傳統(tǒng)載體到數(shù)字媒體，其核心始終在于項目的概念研發(fā)及創(chuàng)作的表達(dá)。
