「臺(tái)北設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)」，以「Design for Adaptive City：為不斷提升的城市而設(shè)計(jì)」之精神，不斷的向全世界熱愛創(chuàng)意、設(shè)計(jì)的人士形塑「設(shè)計(jì)臺(tái)北、夢(mèng)想臺(tái)北」的城市品牌意象，并公開征選杰出國際設(shè)計(jì)作品，打造臺(tái)北市成為創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)匯流平臺(tái)，藉以發(fā)掘具商機(jī)潛力的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)、鼓勵(lì)社會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)意涵，主張?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)使人類生活更美好更便利。
  今年「臺(tái)北設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)」邁入第13屆，雖然新冠肺炎疫情讓全球籠罩在病毒的陰影下，卻阻擋不了全球設(shè)計(jì)師用設(shè)計(jì)力解決人類共同的社會(huì)問題，為城市帶來不斷改變與創(chuàng)新契機(jī)的信念。
  本屆「臺(tái)北設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)，共有來自72個(gè)國家及地區(qū)，高達(dá)5,508件作品參賽，征件數(shù)為歷史新高，其中國際設(shè)計(jì)師作品比例近7成，業(yè)界人士參賽比例亦超過5成，表示市府在塑造「設(shè)計(jì)臺(tái)北、夢(mèng)想臺(tái)北」的城市品牌意象的里程碑，未來也持續(xù)推動(dòng)將臺(tái)北市作為設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的匯流平臺(tái)。

  概念描述:環(huán)衛(wèi)工人警示頭盔是一款保護(hù)環(huán)衛(wèi)工人生命安全的裝置。該裝置可以投影一個(gè)警示環(huán)到地面上，在黑暗的環(huán)境中，對(duì)交通司機(jī)起到提醒作用，保護(hù)環(huán)衛(wèi)工人免受交通事故傷害。同時(shí)也具有頭部保護(hù)的作用。既可以單獨(dú)使用，也可以與帽子一起使用。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):1、本作品相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)頭盔而言，加入了感應(yīng)激光投影燈。采用了三個(gè)激光投影燈，可以投出一個(gè)環(huán)狀警示環(huán)，起到很好的警示效果。更加適應(yīng)凌晨、夜晚、多霧等昏暗的環(huán)境。保護(hù)環(huán)衛(wèi)工人頭部的同時(shí)，加入警示功能，從而達(dá)到雙重保護(hù)的效果。這一點(diǎn)時(shí)傳統(tǒng)頭盔無法做到的。2、本作品的另一個(gè)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于形狀的改變，采用環(huán)形。更加輕便。環(huán)狀設(shè)計(jì)使得其更加便攜。更適應(yīng)環(huán)衛(wèi)工人這樣一個(gè)高負(fù)荷、高強(qiáng)度及高溫作業(yè)的工種。3、環(huán)形的另一個(gè)好處在于可以適應(yīng)不同季節(jié)。不僅適合炎熱的夏季，而且在比較冷的北方冬季，可以將其套在帽子上，與帽子一起使用。

  滅火器是公共場(chǎng)所以及住家必備的防災(zāi)用品，但是通常滅火器的樣子無法融入環(huán)境。放在地上的滅火器常成為一個(gè)空間中突兀且擋路的存在。然而，因?yàn)榛馂?zāi)發(fā)生時(shí)必須要能快速找到且立即取用，因此滅火器不能藏起來或放在不方便取用的位置。由於上述情況，想要設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)可以裝在牆壁上並將其較醜陋的構(gòu)造隱藏的滅火器，由牆壁的平面延伸作為主要造型，同時(shí)維持防災(zāi)器具所要具備的容易發(fā)現(xiàn)和簡(jiǎn)易使用的特性，讓空間中必備的消防設(shè)備不再是破壞環(huán)境一體性的多餘存在。

  位在越南的洞里薩湖有幾座漂浮的村落。有許多人生活在湖上，而因?yàn)檫@樣的環(huán)境，造就了他們較特別的生活方式。當(dāng)處在豐水期時(shí)，船反而是他們最主要的交通工具，他們藉由船來完成許多事情像是捕魚、交易、上學(xué)等等，船隻成為他們?cè)诖颂幾钪匾纳罟ぞ咧弧ＴS多兒童在尚未學(xué)會(huì)游泳前是無法入學(xué)受教育的，他們不能承擔(dān)上學(xué)溺斃的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，因此許多父母在會(huì)延遲他們的教育，直到八到十歲才能開始上學(xué)，也因此他們無法獲得完整的基本教育。PONY是針對(duì)這群在學(xué)齡階段的兒童所設(shè)計(jì)的一套船組，希望能改善他們上學(xué)的安全問題。該船組在設(shè)計(jì)上採用模組化設(shè)計(jì)，能夠隨著使用者需求而改乘載數(shù)，在船體上設(shè)計(jì)也比一般木船更不容易傾翻，以符合安全、穩(wěn)定的原則。

  此是針對(duì)臺(tái)北市能承載兩輛輪椅的公車而設(shè)計(jì)的，當(dāng)輪椅族上公車時(shí)，其一，有時(shí)會(huì)因安全措施太過繁複，使車上乘客與司機(jī)感到困擾，為了減少輪椅族的心理壓力，並降低對(duì)他人的不便，因此設(shè)計(jì)出使輪椅族能自行使用的安全措施。其二，具有收納功能，無輪椅族時(shí)也能讓一般民眾當(dāng)靠墊使用，達(dá)到快速、安全且可收納的訴求。在有限的資源條件下，不改整輛公車，只需加此設(shè)備，就能改善現(xiàn)在公車輪椅族的安全。

  The majority of traditional and new smart bicycle trainers are are heavy,difficult to store and difficult to handle.Ease of use and the ergonomics of product handling are not generally considered.While they are designed for indoor spaces,they are rarely designed with home environments in mind.The EXOS smart bike trainer developed by XCADEY in collaboration with Denmark’s Jacob Jensen Design presents a unique indoor cycling experience.The main structure is hidden within a smooth carbon fibre shell.Inspired by a stealth technology solutions and naturally occurring exoskeletons,the outer shell is characterized by its ultramodern architectural design.The carbon fibre shell has the holds together the entire product structure providing increased durability and allowing material savings during production.Its ultra slim design enables a very small footprint,making the EXOS smart trainer the narrowest bike trainer in the market.The collapsible wings and the ergonomically designed handle increases user comfort during lifting and carrying.The EXOS’design also considers transportation and repairs.While most trainers need to be fully shipped for repairs and replacements,EXOS’removable side panel allows users and vendors to remove specific pieces that need maintenance and replacement.This results in reduced shipping costs for product maintenance.EXOS encourages people to live a healthy life and consider sustainable means of transportation within urban environments.

  現(xiàn)今大部分給第三世界的淨(jìng)水裝置仍是由非第三世界生產(chǎn)，且後續(xù)維修與效率維持也是一大問題。本產(chǎn)品運(yùn)用了水生植物蒸發(fā)旺盛的特點(diǎn)，收集蒸發(fā)出來的水分做為水源，同時(shí)亦運(yùn)用了當(dāng)?shù)夭牧霞肮に?，落?shí)在地生產(chǎn)的概念。我們希望藉由這產(chǎn)品達(dá)成運(yùn)輸方便、成本低廉、不須維修等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，以此來促進(jìn)淨(jìng)水設(shè)施的普及。

  據(jù)聯(lián)合國最新統(tǒng)計(jì)，全球超過一億的殘疾人是兒童，50%的殘疾人無力支付醫(yī)療費(fèi)用。“樂肢”是專門為截肢兒童設(shè)計(jì)的樂高產(chǎn)品；它包括特定的樂高零件和包裹殘肢的保護(hù)腔。由於樂高的尺寸是統(tǒng)一的，因此生產(chǎn)和維護(hù)成本極低。保護(hù)腔採用矽膠材質(zhì)和覆蓋的造型設(shè)計(jì)，可以適合不同用戶的尺寸要求，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了批量生產(chǎn)。同時(shí)，樂高的樂趣還可以減少兒童對(duì)於義肢的抗拒感。

  火災(zāi)成長主要分為三個(gè)階段。初期為火災(zāi)引燃時(shí)期，一般被動(dòng)消防設(shè)施均在此階段偵測(cè)並做動(dòng)，火災(zāi)若無法於此階段撲滅，則會(huì)進(jìn)入成長期，此時(shí)熱、煙與火均會(huì)快速成長，容易造成生命與財(cái)產(chǎn)之損失。當(dāng)火勢(shì)持續(xù)擴(kuò)大，火災(zāi)極有可能進(jìn)入閃燃階段，或者直接到達(dá)旺盛期，火勢(shì)要撲滅的困難度與財(cái)產(chǎn)的損失將難以想像。設(shè)計(jì)理念將電動(dòng)摩托車搭載加壓水泵，搭配驅(qū)動(dòng)模組與加壓水泵切換系統(tǒng)，具備使用消防栓水源加壓救火的功能。由於摩托車的體型小，在都市通勤的機(jī)動(dòng)性高，不僅可以穿梭車陣，也能輕易地進(jìn)入消防車無法抵達(dá)的狹小巷弄，抵達(dá)火場(chǎng)的時(shí)間與位置更快速精準(zhǔn)。

  冰鎬頭部設(shè)計(jì)參考了骨骼的形態(tài)，進(jìn)而從人機(jī)工程學(xué)角度出發(fā)，并結(jié)合功能與形式最終得到了現(xiàn)有的形態(tài)。頭部的造型適合人手握的姿勢(shì)，使冰鎬在使用時(shí)多了一個(gè)人手可以施力的節(jié)點(diǎn)，通過這個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)，使用者可以用冰鎬進(jìn)行更多細(xì)致的操作。T形的漸變形態(tài)以及橙色部分的橡膠防滑材質(zhì)，不僅手感更好也讓使用者握的更牢。

  搜救犬日常的活動(dòng)量非常大，有一大部分的訓(xùn)練需要龐大的肌肉力量，尤其常需上下跑跳，所以牠們?nèi)缤祟愐粯訒?huì)面臨職業(yè)傷害。然而不是受了傷才需要照顧，長期的過度訓(xùn)練會(huì)導(dǎo)致他們肌肉緊繃，後期也容易有關(guān)節(jié)退化的癥狀，平常就把關(guān)健康，才可以提升搜救犬的能力及降低受傷機(jī)率。因此，P.SAR為一款搜救犬職傷防護(hù)套組，以日常防護(hù)為目標(biāo)，讓搜救犬們從訓(xùn)練時(shí)就開始預(yù)防，針對(duì)搜救犬日常訓(xùn)練時(shí)以及訓(xùn)練過後和災(zāi)區(qū)工作的休息時(shí)段，採氣壓按摩的方式為犬隻舒緩緊繃肌肉，並搭配生理機(jī)能檢測(cè)器，來隨時(shí)偵測(cè)生理數(shù)據(jù)，幫助設(shè)計(jì)合適的運(yùn)動(dòng)計(jì)畫，以維持良好的身體狀態(tài)並獲得更完善的照護(hù)。按摩用具採氣壓的方式，以形成最佳包覆性，因空氣的反覆灌注與釋放對(duì)犬隻產(chǎn)生施力，且可藉由氣壓的變化控制力道，以不超過4盎司適用於犬隻的力道避免犬隻受傷。內(nèi)層採順應(yīng)肌肉紋理的構(gòu)造，並搭配分區(qū)充氣，可針對(duì)較緊繃之區(qū)塊加強(qiáng)舒緩，使按摩的功效達(dá)到最大值，並透過肌電位檢測(cè)布料將肌肉狀況傳至APP。
