英國DBA設(shè)計獎是衡量設(shè)計的商業(yè)價值而進(jìn)行設(shè)立的，成立于1989年。由英國商業(yè)設(shè)計協(xié)會（The Design Business Association）進(jìn)行頒發(fā)，采用商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)評選那些具有高商業(yè)價值的，對公司極具競爭力的設(shè)計項目。英國DBA設(shè)計獎主要獎勵取得了巨大商業(yè)成功的設(shè)計作品，他的評委由資深企業(yè)界、商業(yè)界和設(shè)計界專家組成。能夠獲此獎項是設(shè)計能夠帶給產(chǎn)品巨大商業(yè)價值的證明，是企業(yè)走向成功的戰(zhàn)略工具，也顯示了企業(yè)家和設(shè)計師能夠取得巨大回報的能力。
