  2020年7月27日，新時(shí)代山水城市·麗水山居圖城市設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽預(yù)審評(píng)審會(huì)在浙江省麗水市政府召開，同時(shí)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播，邀請(qǐng)本次競(jìng)賽的關(guān)注者們共同見證入圍名單的誕生。為保證評(píng)審的專業(yè)度，預(yù)審會(huì)邀請(qǐng)了7位專家組成預(yù)審委員會(huì)，預(yù)審評(píng)審成員包括3位評(píng)委代表（曹嘉明、周儉、馬衛(wèi)東）；2位專家學(xué)者代表（董丹申、曹躍進(jìn)），以及2位政府代表（周立軍、徐禮瓊）。
  On July 27th,2020,the Pre-review Meeting of Future ShanShui City?Dwellings in Lishui Mountains International Urban Design Competition was held in Lishui municipal government of Zhejiang Province.Meanwhile,the webcast was carried out,and the participants of the competition were invited to witness the birth of the shortlist.In order to ensure the professionalism of the evaluation,seven experts were invited to form the Pre-review Committee.The members of the Pre-review Committee included three representatives of the jury(Mr.Jiaming Cao,Mr.Jian Zhou and Mr.Weidong Ma),two representatives of experts and scholars(Mr.Danshen Dong and Mr.Yuejin Cao),and two government representatives(Mr.Lijun Zhou and Ms.Liqiong Xu).
  預(yù)審委員會(huì)的評(píng)審們?cè)陬A(yù)審評(píng)審規(guī)則的基礎(chǔ)上，遵循以概念提案為主，結(jié)合報(bào)名文件進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)審的原則，進(jìn)行了三輪審慎的投票、評(píng)審及討論，每位評(píng)審均對(duì)本次競(jìng)賽提交的87份報(bào)名文件完成了認(rèn)真仔細(xì)的審閱。在監(jiān)督員的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督下，由唱票員、記分員及統(tǒng)計(jì)員對(duì)評(píng)分的結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)，確定了10家入圍單位及2家備選單位，具體名單如下：
  On the basis of the pre-review regulation,the Pre-review Committee conducted three rounds of prudent voting,evaluation and discussion in accordance with the principle of giving priority to concept proposals and carrying out comprehensive evaluation in combination with qualifications.Each judge carefully reviewed the 87 application documents.Under the on-site supervision of the supervisor,the ticket tellers,scorers and statisticians made statistics on the scoring results,and determined 10 shortlisted units and 2 candidate units.The specific list is as follows:
